What is First Year Fresh?
First Year Fresh creates thoughtfully curated personal care boxes for college students. Our boxes include full-size essentials from trusted brands, with sensitive skin and everyday dorm life in mind.

What’s the difference between Fresh Start and Full Fresh?
Fresh Start includes 6 personal care essentials, while Full Fresh includes 9 essentials for a more complete personal care setup. Visit our Shop page to see current pricing and box details.

Are the products full-size?
Yes. Our boxes contain full-size personal care essentials—not travel-size or hotel minis.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our boxes are curated with sensitive skin in mind and include familiar, trusted brands such as Dove, Cetaphil, and Colgate. Individual skin needs and sensitivities can vary, so students should always review product labels and ingredients before use.

Can I choose or substitute products in the box?
At this time, First Year Fresh boxes are thoughtfully pre-curated and individual product substitutions are not available. We welcome feedback about products you'd like to see in future boxes as we continue to grow.

Can I include a personal note for my student?
Yes. Add a personal note to remind your student that even when they’re away from home, they’re never far from your thoughts. Whether it’s a few words of encouragement, an “I love you,” or simply “I’m thinking of you,” it’s a little piece of home tucked inside their First Year Fresh box.

Where do you ship?
First Year Fresh isn’t limited to campus or dorm delivery. Your box can be shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout, whether your student is on campus, at home for the summer, or somewhere in between. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared for shipment after purchase. Estimated delivery information will be provided during the ordering process.

What if my student has an allergy or specific skin concern?
Please review the ingredient information on individual products before use. First Year Fresh does not provide medical advice, and students with known allergies or specific skin conditions should follow the guidance of their healthcare professional.
